Following the construction of a new target area and the installation of targets last April, North Korea has been erecting large-scale viewing facilities since May, with its new fighter jets also anticipated to participate in the upcoming event. This is assessed as an intent to execute Manned-Unmanned Teaming (MUM-T) operations, wherein reconnaissance UAVs conduct battlefield surveillance, target acquisition, and Battle Damage Assessment (BDA) missions, while MiG-29s provide airborne escort and interception, and Su-25s carry out ground-attack profiles. However, a precise assessment remains limited as to whether this constitutes a fully integrated operation supported by real-time datalinks, or merely a superficial demonstration for display purposes.
