North Korea is expected to open the Kalma Coastal Tourist Zone in June, following Kim Jong un’s instructions. It seems they will prioritize roadworks to accommodate Russian tourists, instead of the railway construction which was previously the focus. Additionally, it appears that only the southern part of the tourist zone, featuring the aquarium and waterpark, will open initially, rather than a full-scale.
