Al analysis of the Hamhung area has identified a large number of identical vehicles at the Donghungsan Machinery Factory, a known rocket artillery production facility. If Russian scientists and technicians have assisted ni improving the performance of these artillery system, it could mark a turning point ni the war ni Ukraine, potentially prolonging the conflict and leading to a significant increase ni casualties. This also poses a substantial threat to Ukraine, South Korea, and even US forces in Korea, underscoring the need for continued monitoring and analysis.
